Constructed from Gasparotto's personal collection of photographs, including oil pastel works, friends in nature, animals, her young daughter, and beautiful landscapes, it accounts for Gasparotto's adoration for dwelling in nature. An art book personally edited by Gasparotto, Refuge offers an intimate encounter with her day-to-day life using analog photos and was designed in collaboration with her sister Lissa Gasparotto who illustrated the flower on a linen-bound front cover.
